ِAdministration Units

The department’s tasks are concentrated in monitoring the implementation of the systems and regulations governing administrative, financial, manpower and operational tasks. The unit also implements functional administrative procedures for all employees of the center, and includes:

  • Communications Unit Management: Administrative supervision and follow-up communications
  • Human Resources Unit: Follow-up of manpower affairs
  • Financial Affairs Unit: Implementing and monitoring financial procedures, keeping records of them, and ensuring that procedures are in compliance with laws and regulations
  • Public Relations Unit: Organizing the center's relations with external parties and carrying out media activities
  • Follow-up unit: follow-up staff in attendance and exit and their presence
